    Parent/Guardian:

Recently, your student requested classes for the 2020-2021 school year. This is not a schedule but a confirmation listing of the courses your student has requested for next year. Your student has an opportunity to change their requests at this time by following the instructions below. To review and confirm your student’s course requests, please complete the following steps:

    1. Log into PowerSchool using your PowerSchool login or your student’s login.
    2. Click on Class Registration to view requests.
    3. Review the courses and write any course request changes at the bottom of this form.
    4. Alternate classes are not available to view, but may appear on final schedule.
    5. Sign the form and return to LHS Counseling Office by February 26, 2020. (Course changes after Feb 26 will be honored only if space is available.)

To obtain access to your own PowerSchool account, bring your photo ID to our Counseling Office for your personal password. If you do not have access to the internet and would like to request a printed copy of your student’s requests, please contact the Counseling Office at 816.736.7046.
