LPS Returns to Learn

Elementary School Options

  • Liberty Public Schools is committed to offering a choice for our families to consider for their child(ren) returning to school for the 2020-2021 school year.  The return to school scenarios were developed using the guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Clay County Public Health Center Recovery Plan, research and networking insights from district partners, and input from students, staff, and families through surveys and focus group discussions.  We hope this information will help guide families in their decision on what learning choice best fits their family.

Check Elementary Students with Special Needs

Elementary Schools will continue to provide accommodations to students with special needs who select the full virtual learning option or need to transition to short term virtual learning. The Special Education and Special Programs Departments will work with students with an IEP or 504 prior to the start of the 2020-2021 school year.
