The Liberty Public Schools Human Resources team is knowledgeable and service oriented. We are committed to the Liberty Public Schools Strategic Plan and to partnering with all levels of the organization to:

• Value and support all employees, and assist leaders, faculty and staff in their personal and professional growth and development
• Design our recruitment, hiring, employment and training practices to attract and retain diverse talent
• Work with district, department and school leaders to assist, develop and inform staff in all areas of human resources
• Be present and collaborative with district leaders and provide support and perspective to the processes of the school district
• Provide accurate resources, training and support regarding the HR policy and compliance
• Actively listen, model compassion and provide support to all employees of the district
