Immunization Clinic Coming Soon
Liberty Middle School is partnering with Clay County Public Health Center to offer an immunization clinic to LMS students on October 17, 2019. This optional clinic is to help students obtain the vaccines required for their 8th grade year. In addition, students may receive optional flu and HPV immunizations.
ALL STUDENTS CAN RECEIVE THIS SERVICE REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Missouri state law requires all students to have received Tdap and Meningitis Conjugate (MCV4) immunizations before they can start 8th grade. These immunizations can be received after the student's 11th birthday.
If you are unsure if your child is current on the Tdap and Meningitis Conjugate immunizations, please contact your doctor's office and provide a current immunization record to the school nurse. Please call the nurse's office at 816-736-6898 with any questions.
Below you will find a letter from the health department with more information regarding this clinic. You may register at the link below.
Registration deadline is October 10th.
