Dr. Precious Kurth
PrincipalDr. Kurth began her career teaching Special Education and ELA in Cameron, MO. She later returned to her alma mater, Lafayette High School, in St. Joseph, where she also taught ELA, Advanced ELA, Creative Writing, coached the dance team and sponsored Student Council. Before coming to Liberty, she served as Principal at Robidoux Middle School, in St. Joseph. Dr.Kurth has also taught graduate courses for Northwest Missouri State University and Rockhurst University. Dr. Kurth received her undergraduate degree from Missouri Western State University, her master’s from Northwest Missouri State University, and her doctorate from Baker University. Her son, Xavier, completed his student teaching with LPS and graduated in December 2018 from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in physical education and health. Also worth noting, Xavier played on the Northwest Men’s Basketball Team and contributed to their Division II National Championship in 2017. Xavier completed his master’s degree, in Applied Sciences, at Northwest and is an Assistant Coach A fun fact about Dr. Kurth is she is an avid fan and collector of Hello Kitty. Dr. Kurth has served Liberty North since 2015.

Dr. Lee Allen

Dr. Lee Allen believes that raising student achievement, valuing and supporting faculty and staff, and living the mission and vision of the Liberty Public Schools, serves as the foundation of Liberty North High School student success. A native of Kansas City, MO, Dr. Allen brings to Liberty North a total of 19 years experience in education as a teacher, coach, and administrator. Dr. Allen earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering from Virginia State University, his Master's and Education Specialist from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and his Doctorate of Education from the University of Kansas. Dr. Allen is the proud father of two wonderful children, Lee Jr. (17) and Haley (12).

Mrs. Lisa Fletcher

Mrs. Fletcher is entering her 15th year as an administrator in the Liberty Public School District. Previously, she served as an Assistant Principal at South Valley Middle School and South Valley Junior High School. Since 2013, Mrs. Fletcher has been an Assistant Principal at Liberty North High School.
Mrs. Fletcher was born in Brooklynn, New York, and later graduated from Blue Mountain High School in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. While working in the airline industry for 7 years, Mrs. Fletcher also attended college full time and graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Mathematics Secondary Education. She earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, and her Educational Specialist Degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
When Mrs. Fletcher is away from school, she enjoys her time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Opportunities to travel, any athletic activity, and eating/cooking are her passion. Faith, family, and friends are what brings her peace.

Dr. Rosemary Camp
Student Last Names S-ZDr. Camp is committed to structuring learning opportunities for all students in her role as Assistant Principal at LNHS. She is in her second year as an Assistant Principal and her 26th year as an educator. Additionally, she serves as the Assistant Scholar Bowl Coach and previously taught chemistry at both Liberty North and Liberty High School.Dr. Camp grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and is a graduate of Westside High School. She attended Arkansas State University on a Trustee’s Scholarship and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology Education. Dr. Camp earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Arkansas State University and her Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Dr. Camp’s Doctoral Degree is from William Woods University in Educational Leadership.When she is not at school, Dr. Camp enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Brandon McCoy

Mr. McCoy is excited to begin his second year at Liberty North High School. He brings experience as a teacher and band director in the Excelsior Springs School District, Raymore-Peculiar School District, and North Kansas City School District.
Mr. McCoy received his Bachelor of Music Education from Missouri Western State University. He holds a Master of Education and Specialist Degree, both in secondary administration, and is finalizing his doctorate from William Woods University.
Mr. McCoy is a native of Kansas City, where he currently resides with his wife and three children. When he’s away from school, he enjoys mountain biking and coaching his children in youth sports. He is a huge fan of Kurt Vonnegut books and Wes Anderson films, and of course, the Chiefs!

Mr. Lane Green
Mr. Lane Green enters his first year at Liberty North with 25 years of experience in athletic administration; most recently the District Director of Athletics for the Blue Valley School District in Overland Park. A native of the Kansas City area, Mr. Green received his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas where he served as a student manager for the men’s basketball team. He received his teaching certification from Avila University, Master’s in Education from the University of St. Mary, and Certification in School Leadership from Baker University.
A former high school basketball coach, Mr. Green has served on the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) Board of Directors, the NFHS Hall of Fame Selection Committee, and as President of the Kansas Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association. He has served as a presenter for the NAIA Champions of Character Program and presented workshops at the NIAAA National Conference on numerous occasions.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and watching the Jayhawks, Chiefs and Royals. Mr. Green and his wife, Susan, have two children – Joe (19) and Susie (17).
