Please read the following information carefully before you submit the Transfer Request Form.
Important - Depending on your transfer request reason you may be required to submit additional documentation with the Transfer Request.
Please ensure you have these documents completed, prior to the submission of the Transfer Request, so that you are able attach in the "file upload" section of the Transfer Request form.
Transfer Request - based on "Childcare" you will also need to submit the "Childcare Notarized Letter" (located under Forms)
Transfer Request - based on "Change of Address" - you will also need to submit the "Address and Demographic Change Form" with supporting documents.
The forms button will open up our forms page where you will find all of these forms. (you will be able to click the form title to access the form you need).
If you have recently enrolled a "New" student, please contact your school of residence and let them know you are planning on submitting a transfer request.
You may submit a transfer request to the Student Services department, but please make sure you indicate this is for a "New" student enrollment so that we can ensure processing in a timely manner.

Parents/ guardians(s) are responsible for student transportation to and from school, with the exception of childcare transfer.
Please note: Submission for the 2025-2026 School Year must be received by July 1, 2025, in order for the request to have been fully processed before the start of the new 2025 - 2026 school year.
Transfer requests received after July 1st may not be processed before the start of the 2025 - 2026 school year due to planning requirements and class size.
If approved, it is possible that the transfer would not be able to take place until the following semester in January 2026.
