If approved the transfer may be revoked if these conditions are not met or occur:

• Student must maintain regular attendance of at least 90%
• Student must maintain satisfactory conduct
• Student must maintain satisfactory schoolwork
• Students classroom becomes overcrowded

If approved, it is for this school year only and any further request will be considered at the time the request is made.

Transportation:  Parents/guardians are responsible for student transportation to and from school with the exception of childcare transfers. (Childcare transfers, please refer to the required Childcare Letter for transportation requirements)
