3 LPS Students Named MASC Distinguished Leaders
Three Liberty Public Schools students are being recognized by the Missouri Association for Student Councils (MASC) as Distinguished Student Leaders.
Student body president and senior Caroline Shemwell at Liberty High School is being recognized.
At Liberty North High School, seniors Addie Krop and Kaius Perez have been granted the honor.
MASC states that the honor is their way of "recognizing those students who demonstrate superior student council leadership skills and knowledge based on MASC criteria and evaluation procedures."
All three students will attend the MASC State Convention in March where they will receive their awards.
