Eagles' Williams Wins Individual Wrestling Title
Liberty North High School junior Elmotie Williams won the state title in the 285 lb. weight class at the state competiton on Saturday, February 24, 2024.
It is the second consecutive individual state title for Motie.
No other Liberty North wrestler has ever secured two state titles.

Several Liberty Public Schools students are being recognized for their fine arts talents. Dozens of students will be representing the district as members of the All-State Band, Orchestra, Choir, Children's Choir and All-State Theater performance.

Incumbents Karen Rogers and Dan Currence were the only individuals to apply, meaning that with two positions available, there will not be a need for an election in April.

The Ayrie yearbook from Liberty North High School is one of only 35 yearbooks from across the entire U.S. to receive the award.
