LHS Wrestling Claims 6th Straight State Championship
The Liberty High School boys wrestling team secured its sixth straight Class 4 State Championship on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
The boys had four individual state champions, helping catapult them to the top team score.
Liberty High School girls tied for second place in the Class 2 State Championship the same day.
The girls had three individual state champions.
The following students won individual titles:
- Trenton Bindel - 285 lbs.
- Peyton Westpfahl - 190 lbs.
- Roman Stewart - 144 lbs.
- Devon Harrison - 132 lbs.
- Alexis Stinson - 235 lbs.
- Sandy Breeden - 105 lbs.
- Lilly Breeden - 100 lbs.
