LPS Superintendent Search

LPS Superintendent Search

The application for the superintendent position is now open and will remain open through January 4, 2026.

A superintendent search website has been set up for anyone interested.

Candidates are asked not to contact board members directly. Any effort to do so may eliminate them from consideration.

If you have any questions about the process, application, or superintendent role, please contact G&D Associates at apply@gregorydenby.com.

We are also pleased to offer a virtual one-to-one with potential applicants who would like to have a deeper discussion and ask specific questions about the role and the process before applying.

G&D Associates, the firm partnering with the Board in this process, will be facilitating focus groups to share more about the search and gather input from LPS students, families, staff, and community members. In-person focus groups are being planned for December 8–10, 2025, with location and confirmation emails/calls coming the week of December 1.

If you did not sign up to participate in a group or if you would like to be added to a virtual opportunity, contact Scott Fuller at scott@gregorydenby.com

2025-2026 Inclement Weather Information

Something we plan to continue for the 2025-2026 school year is that LPS will treat the first two inclement weather days as traditional snow days, meaning there will be no in-person OR virtual classes on these days.
