LPS to Debut New Video Podcast Series

Liberty Public Schools is excited to announce the debut of a new video podcast series, In the Loop with LPS, which will provide the LPS community with an ongoing look at the people, programs, topics and stories that make Liberty Public Schools special.

The first episode of In the Loop with LPS will premiere Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and new episodes will be released twice each month across LPS social media channels.

Hosted by LPS Communications Director Dallas Ackerman, In the Loop with LPS will feature a variety of conversations relevant to the LPS community and public education. Episodes will include in-depth “get to know” segments highlighting students, staff members and programs throughout the district, along with discussions of timely topics and issues impacting students, families and educators.

The series will also feature regular segments with LPS Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Kephart, providing an opportunity for the superintendent to share updates, perspectives and information directly with the LPS community.

In the Loop with LPS replaces the district’s longtime Virtual Coffee with the Community series, expanding on the district’s efforts to provide engaging, accessible and informative video content for students, staff, families and the community.

“We are excited to have this regular opportunity to continue to share the story of all of the amazing things taking place in LPS,” said Ackerman. “Having this video podcast series only strengthens our communications plan, and we look forward to the amazing conversations we will have.”

“We have so many incredible students, staff members and programs throughout Liberty Public Schools, and In the Loop with LPS will give us another opportunity to tell those stories and connect with our community,” said Dr. Kephart. “I’m especially excited about the conversations we’ll have with members of our LPS family and the opportunity to share more about the work happening across our district.”

Each episode will be available on LPS social media channels, making it easy for members of the community to watch, share and stay connected with what is happening throughout Liberty Public Schools.

The first episode of In the Loop with LPS premieres Wednesday, September 9.
