Sapphires are Two-Time National Champions

The Sapphires competed in the UDA Virtual National Dance Team Championships winning first in both Small Varsity Pom & Small Varsity Jazz. The team also came in second for Large Varsity Game Day. UDA NCTC is a well established national dance team competition and has been in existence for 38 years. In only 7 years of attending this competition, the Liberty Sapphires have made a name for Liberty High School and placed Liberty, Missouri on the map! These are the first national titles for the Sapphire program and this accomplishment is truly an impressive feat. The Sapphire team is honored and humbled to be ranked among the best of the best in the country and the team hopes to have the opportunity to return to compete in-person next year. Congratulations to the Liberty Sapphires and all the Sapphire alum who paved the way!
