Andrea Wilson- Principal

Mrs. Andrea Wilson is in her 8th year as Principal at Kellybrook Elementary School. She began her administrative career as an Assistant Principal to Dr. Mike Kimbrel at Liberty Middle School during the 2008-2009 school year. Andrea has been in education for 23 years. She began her career as a 6th, 3rd, and 1st grade teacher in Kansas during the 1994-1998 school years prior to moving to the Liberty area in 1998. At that time, she began teaching 6th grade Science in Liberty from 1998-2008.

Mrs. Wilson is currently working on her Doctorate through Saint Louis University. She received a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University in 2008, a Master’s degree from Park University in 2000, and a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 1994.

Mrs. Wilson enjoys spending time with her family on various camping trips where they can enjoy hiking and exploring new spaces. She loves to travel and spend time with her mom. Reading is something she does daily for fun and for personal growth and improvement. In addition, she is dedicated to promoting life-long learning so others will see their personal potential.  Her youngest daughter, Faith, enjoys golf and will be a senior at Liberty High School this year. Spending time with her two grandchildren is also a highlight of her family time!

Mrs. Wilson is anxious to begin partnering with parents, students, and staff to offer a successful and memorable year to all. Together we will accomplish great things!
