LPS Participates in Excellence in Education Banquet

The Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce celebrated their 36th Annual Excellence in Education Banquet at the KCI Expo Center on Tuesday evening, April 26, 2022. This in-person banquet returned following two years of being held virtually, and honors outstanding students, teachers, staff, volunteers, and business supporters of Northland education. The event brings together 1,000+ attendees from eleven school districts in Kansas City’s Northland to acknowledge the important role that schools play in the economic development and quality of life in our area.
Congratulations to the following recipients that represented Liberty Public Schools and received special recognition:
-Excellence in Classroom Teaching: Jennifer Armstrong (Shoal Creek Elementary), Michael Dragen (Heritage Middle School), Lana Kesner (Lewis and Clark Elementary), Amy Little (Ridgeview Elementary), and Paul Richardson (Liberty Academy)
