Future Finance 02.20.20

Future Finance is a financial literacy simulation program for high school students. It provides students a real life experience in handling their finances as a 26 year old. It's a fun, tangible way to experience the reality of making financial decisions about life's necessities. They learn what it costs to maintain a household, family, and children, as well as why it's important to do well in school, choose a career, and plan wisely.

At the event, students visit a variety of booths (14 total) to "purchase" housing, transportation, communication services, child care, food, utilities, insurance, etc. based on the budget from their profile. FutureNow: Finance booths are staffed by community volunteers who assist students in making financial decisions.
