What are Kid’s Zone’s hours of operation and my work hours?

Kid’s Zone opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes PROMPTLY at 6:00 p.m.  Your work hours will depend on when your particular school starts and ends the school day.

What are the required qualifications to work for Kid’s Zone?

We look for mature individuals who have experience in working with children.  We prefer individuals who have an interest in the education field, but that is not a requirement.  Loving children is a must!

What will my role be in the Kid’s Zone Program?

A variety of activities are offered for self- direction by children, so your role will be to support those activities.  Staff also create weekly lesson plans.  Therefore, you will assist in the lesson planning for STEM and other activities, along with implementing the plans that are created.

Is this a full-time year round job?

This is a year round position. Your weekly hours will depend on the position you are hired for (between 24 - 30 hours a week).

Is there an age requirement to work at Kid's Zone?

Yes. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.
