KLPS-TV | Channel 18
Liberty Public Schools is fortunate to have its own cable television channel dedicated solely for district use. Thanks to the City of Liberty and Spectrum Cable, KLPS-TV telecasts on Cable Channel 18 throughout the entire Liberty School District to those Spectrum Cable subscribers. Programming includes Liberty Public Schools' events, board meetings, district shows, daily news shows, and much more. In addition, most of the Channel 18 content is also made available on the LPS YouTube Page, the KLHS (Liberty High School) YouTube page, and the KNET (Liberty North High School) YouTube page.
Any questions you may have regarding programming or obtaining a DVD copy of a program can be directed to the following email address: thisischannel18@gmail.com.
In July 2010, Liberty Public Schools entered into a contract with local company LTN, Inc. (formerly known as Niles Media Group). This well-respected organization provides professional staff and opportunities for our students, while also being responsible for content produced on KLPS. Niles Media Group is known throughout the region and country for broadcasting excellence and also has contracts with the Missouri Valley Conference, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and the American Sports Network, to name a few. You can find out more about Niles Media Group by visiting their website, nilesmediagroup.com. LPS is fortunate to have a tremendous local service provider in Niles Media Group.
